About the Role

Seeking individual with prior banking experience to provide support to customers and branches of Internet/Cash Management services. Provide extraordinary customer service both on the phone and in person by assisting in customer setup as well as customer care calls to new and existing business Internet Banking customers.





  • Provide a complete range of customer and branch support for Internet Banking services and Cash Management sales and support.
  • Handle customer calls/support in a timely manner and provides customer satisfaction for all Cash Management products.
  • Complete onsite visits to new or existing business prospects as requested by supervisor.
    Schedule/conduct personal training time for customers when needed/requested.
  • Work closely with Retail Services Department and Operations officers in development and rollout of new e-banking products.
  • Assist officers and department managers with the solicitation of new e-banking relationships.
  • Responsible for ensuring New Cash Management products are setup accurately.
  • Responsible for the set up and maintenance of new Cash Management accounts by following established bank defined guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform quality control check of NetTeller maintenance daily.
  • Scan and Index all applicable documents as related to the job.
  • Assist with audits and customer reviews as requested by supervisor.


  • Develop and improve skills through training programs and regular feedback discussions with supervisors, which help further professional development.
  • Participate in all training sessions and complete all assigned BVS compliance courses.
  • Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
  • Train in all payment related in areas of the Bank ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture and Mobile Remote Deposit




About You



  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years in banking.
  • Demonstrate over all understanding of e-banking products and services.
  • Ability to implement, train and provide ongoing assistance to customers.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for adding value to existing relationships.




  • Strong organizational, customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of various office software. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Email and Calendaring.
  • Knowledge in the following banking/technical areas: Internet banking and cash management products.



Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.


Must be capable of up to 15% travel (e.g. 3.5 days/month) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities. Travel will be necessary to conduct the duties of this job, and the employee must have the ability to drive and have proper licensing and insurance.

Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs.

Specific lifting abilities required by this job include:  Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.
