About the Role




    1. Set up, file and maintain all ATM and Debit Card applications. Responsible for debit card ordering and maintenance.
    2. Assist with basic wire questions.
    3. Answers phone calls and offers quality support to internal and external customers.
    4. Performs various maintenance functions including dormant account maintenance, IVR maintenance, general account maintenance, account adjustments, address monitoring and maintenance, internet banking resets, telephone transfers, stop payment input and review, AFT/ACH setup, fee reversals, etc.
    5. Responsible for additional duties including morning reports, statement research, charge back notification, verification of deposit, deceased reporting, telephone transfer review, etc.
    6. Responsible for general clerical duties including filing, signature scanning and mail handling.
  3. Responsible for modeling the behaviors that make a customer feel valued when using WSB services in person or over the phone.
  4. Make all customers feel welcome and at ease by treating them in a friendly and courteous manner.
  5. Research account information for customers and demonstrate that you are interested in their business.
  6. Discover the customer’s problems, needs and objectives by making observations, listening and asking questions.

  9. Calls the customer by name and engage the customer in conversation. Actively establishes rapport and shows concern.

      but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and

      the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

About You


  • Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
    • One to three months related experience and/or training preferred.
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience 




  1. Working knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.
  2. Ability to use listed tools and equipment.
  3. Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
  4. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  5. Ability to establish and maintain effective personal working relationships with peers and supervisors.
  6. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  7. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

  9. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
