About the Role

Position performs a variety of custodial duties necessary to keep buildings in clear and orderly condition which contribute to the efficient operation of the bank. Ensures all bank property is neat, clean, and ready for business on a daily basis.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Maintains professional image at all times and represents the bank in a positive manner; maintains credibility with customers and co-workers.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality regarding any information obtained during the course of performing job duties.
  • Adheres to established bank guidelines, protocol, policies and procedures; looks for ways to improve and promote work quality and demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail; possesses focus, discipline and motivation to achieve effective results.
  • Adapts positively to changes in work environment; manages competing demands and effectively handles changes, delays and/or unexpected events with a positive attitude.
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; committed to achieving results under demanding time frames.

  • Complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by the due date.

About You

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education and Experience:

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Valid Driver’s License

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY:

- Cleaning practices, procedures and techniques.

- Ability to work independently with little supervision.

- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

- Must be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work quickly and accurately.

- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.

The employee is routinely required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Mathematics, memory, reasoning, estimating, problem-solving and judgement are constantly used/required on the job.
