About the Role

First Community Bank Utah is seeking an individual with a solid knowledge of banking practices and managerial skills to ensure the Mt. Green Branch meets or exceeds organizational, financial, and operational goals, customer service expectations, as well as obtaining annual budget plan(s) for branch with talent to motivate employees to excel individually.



  • Always presents a professional demeanor when acting on behalf of FCB with customers, businesses, community and civic organizations, as well as suppliers, and other financial institutions.
  • Market to new and existing businesses and consumers to meet or exceed annual sales and deposit growth goals.
  • Manage daily branch operations; customer service issues, various reports, audits, regulations, team leadership/management, wires.
  • Attend scheduled management meetings, training, and quarterly celebrations.
  • Adhere to compliance regulations, attain a satisfactory or higher branch audit, and ensure that appropriate steps are taken to correct any unsatisfactory conditions.
  • Communicate with management especially regarding key operating issues affecting the branch.
  • Directs, develops, motivates, hires and disciplines branch personnel; administers performance evaluations and recommends appropriate personnel actions. 
  • Maintains and develops a qualified staff sufficient to meet the needs of customers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.



About You


  • 2-5 years banking or similar experience.

  • Equivalent of a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.



  • Exceptional Customer Service is required by displaying a level or trust and diplomacy while using a pleasant tone and common courtesies.

  • Organizational skills and abilities require multi-tasking in a fast paced and sometimes hectic environment.

  • Strong Time Management is required.

  • Team Leadership and Management is required in motivating and coaching team members to achieve individual and branch objectives.

  • Business Development is ongoing and requires skills in developing strategic partnerships

  • Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to banking, especially compliance, risk management, loss prevention and other bank policies and procedures.

  • Ability to navigate various computer systems.


WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work primarily in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation.

Specific lifting abilities required by this job include: May be required to lift and/or move up-to 20 lbs.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.
